Cancellation Policy
No shows / Cancellations / Missed Appointments :
To ensure that our grooming sessions complete smoothly, we would like to ask for a minimum of 12 hours' advance notice for any cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling requests.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without giving notice will result in an automatic cancellation of said appointment.
Not adhering to this policy will result in a $30 charge per pet, which will be reflected in your next appointment bill.
